Ruben Castro
Ph.D. in Demography from the University of Pennsylvania, Masters in Economics from the University of Chile and Industrial Engineer from the University Federico Santa María. He has participated in various projects related to business development. Cooperated actively in the pension reform in 2008. He has conducted research in laboratories in the U.S., Europe and Africa, and a number of consultants to the World Bank and the Ministry of Finance of Chile. His current work focuses on costs, equity and financing of the health system in Chile.
