Assistant Professor in Economic Demography and Applied Demography at the Department of Political Sciences of University of Naples Federico II. Secretary of the Italian Association for the Study of Population (AISP). Since 2002, I presented my research studies at more than 40 conferences and talks such as: Annual Meeting of Population Association of America (PAA), European Population Conference (EPC), Colloque de Ass. Int. des Démogr. de Langue Française (AIDELF), African Population Conference (APC), International Population Conference (IUSSP). I published on international journals such as: European Journal of Population, Demographic Research, Genus, Cahiers québécois de démographie, International Migration, Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies. My research topics focus on: citizen and regional differences, labor market, family behaviors, fertility levels and determinants, second generations, transnational couples, integration processes and policies. I apply different quantitative methods using both macro and micro data, such as: Event History Analysis, Factor Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Heckman Procedure.
