(2) DTA FILE IN STATA: File "Urdinola&Ospino_datafile": includes data manipulated from DHS1995, 2000, 2005 and 2010 carried out in Colombia
(3) Requires ado files : outreg2.ado, myxtoverid.ado, ivreg2.ado, ivendog.ado
(4) myxtoverid.ado is a modified version of xtoverid.ado as suggested in http://www.stata.com/statalist/archive/2009-08/msg01301.html and is included along with the dataset and .do file.
