Manifest for Perelli-Harris and Lyons-Amos (2015)

data.dat contains data in csv format for estimating models used in the paper

model.inp is the input file for the 8 class model used in the paper. The file runs in batch mode via MPlus with the multilevel add-on (it has not been tested on earlier versions). The file is commented and should run completely from Mplus. It will give the model output file used to generate predicted probablities shown in the paper (figure 1), and a posterior file with the pseudo class probabilities used for Figure 2.
