*1) The dataset as assembled by the author from sources indicated in Tab. 1 in the paper;
*2) The do-file for the analyses which includes: 

- variables generation; 

- descriptive statistics (following the order of figures and tables in paper and Appendix); 

- models (Tables and coefficient plots).
