Emilio Zagheni
Emilio Zagheni is an Assistant Professor of Sociology at the University of Washington, Seattle. Previously, he was an Assistant Professor at Queens College of the City University of New York and a Research Scientist at the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research. He received his MA in Statistics and his PhD in Demography from the University of California, Berkeley.
Emilio Zagheni has worked on a number of interdisciplinary projects in areas like population and environment, kinship microsimulation, social determinants of the spread of infectious diseases, and the use of digital records for demographic analysis.
