Jonathan Bearak
Jonathan Bearak is a PhD Candidate in Sociology at New York University. His research analyzes inequality in earnings and education, with a focus on gender, family, and relationship formation. He is also interested in quantitative methods and statistical software. Current and past projects explore the relationship between men’s economic standing and marriage prospects and the effects of education on nonacademic outcomes, including sexual risk behaviors and adolescent births.
