Barbara Zagaglia

Barbara Zagaglia is Assistant Professor of Demography at the Department of Economics and Social Sciences, Università Politecnica delle Marche (UNIVPM), Ancona, Italy. She is a demographer with a background in Economics. She has a degree in Economics and Business, a Master of Science in Economics, and a PhD in Economics. Her research interests mainly concern the theoretical and empirical aspects of reproductive behaviours and the dynamics of populations. Recently, she has also turned her interest to migrations and the determinants of internal migration in particular. Her studies focus on Europe and the Mediterranean countries.
