Viorela Diaconu

Viorela Diaconu is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Demography at the Université de Montréal. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics. Her main research areas are mortality and longevity, focusing on causes of death. Her current work addresses changes in the age-at-death distribution for leading causes of death in Canada and the United States.
