The supplementary zip archive for this paper contains 5 comma-delimited 
csv files that have been used for creating all five graphs in the paper 
(Figure_1.csv, ..., Figure_5.csv). 

For consistency, all data have been re-queried on the same date (January 
3rd, 2014) based on the same settings of the Google Ngram viewer: case-
insensitive, with smoothing of 0. The graphs shown in the paper are 
based on series that were manually smoothed by the authors by using
five-term moving averages.
