Important notes on replicablity of the paper: a) We use a large household survey data District Level Household Survey (DLHS3) collected in 2008. We merge data from the household questionnaires, the village questionnaires and the ever married women's questionnaires. b) These are restriced data and we do not have the rights to publish them. Moreover, the size of the datasets mean that they cannot be sent by email. c) With the files provided in this folder, one can replicate the empirical model model. In addition, the full set of Stata codes (.do files) which we implemented to obtain the main results of the paper, as well as corresponing Stata output (.log) files are included in this folder. List of enclosed files: 1 - "measles_final_DemographicResearch.do": it includes the STATA codes for merging the variables across the three questionnaires, codes for creating dummy variables and codes for the regressions used in the paper. Stata files were created using Version 12 SE and may not be compatible with earlier versions.
