The supplemental .zip archive for this publication contains the following files. SPSS files were created using Version 21 and may not be compatible with earlier versions.

1. SPSS Syntax file containing all the recoding and computing of dependent and independent variables. This file also contains the syntax for data analysis (mobility tables and binary and multinomial logistic regressions)
