Randall and Coast data files for “The quality of demographic data on older Africans.”

Single year age-sex  distributions for each country on different excel sheet (labelled with 
country name).  Some countries just have DHS data file and some also have census data.
For each age-sex distribution in lines 59-88 are a number of different indices  some of which 
were used to make the graphs used in the analyses
