The zip folder contains two files:
1. Components-of-change population pyramid template.xlsx 
- an Excel 2010 template to create a components-of-change population
2. Components-of-change population pyramids (final version 08 Aug 2016).xlsx
- containing all the example population pyramids in the paper to enable replication.
