DATA
You will first need to register with the UK Data Archive (http://www.data-archive.ac.uk/) to gain access to the following files:
- BHPS Waves 1-18, 1991-2009, SN 5151 (*indresp.dta and *hhresp.dta files)
- BHPS Consolidated Marital, Cohabitation and Fertility Histories, 1991-2009, SN 5629 (family.dta)

CREATING THE ANALYSIS FILE
1.	Run the three do-files ending in cre.  You can run them in any order.
2.	Run the create_data do-file. This uses an additional data file resduration.dta which is provided in the zipped file; it includes a derived variable, duration of residence.

REPLICATING THE MODEL ESTIMATES
Run the analysis do-file.
