Instructions:

(1) Click on:

(2) Go to the option “Files from 2007 to last available”

(3) Select the year corresponding to “Microdata files” 2013

(4) Click: “go”

(5) An ASCII format file will be downloaded to your appropriate folder

The zipped document “STATA CODES FOR REPLICATION OF RESULTS” includes the STATA codes (Do file) for the replication of results.
