Civil Status and Passport Department (CSPD) data
In the folder "DOS data" the spreadsheet CSPD and vital stats 2020.02.07 has ASFR and TFR calculations based on CSPD data (as described and referenced in the paper). 

Data and do files start with all records and all variables and use and modify specific variables and the sample as noted in the do files. 

Do files
All analyses run out of "BA Marr Fert Master Do File v47 CK.do"

You will need to change the directory at the start of the master do files to wherever you have downloaded the replication folder "Data and do files"
