Data preparation and analyses are performed in Stata SE 15.1 
Separate (numbered) .do-files are included for each step of the data preparation and analyses, which are linked to a Stata Project. Additionally, the project includes an overview of the different .do-files and their purpose (.do file 3.0 Overview).
