Heini Vaisanen

I am a social demographer interested in sexual and reproductive (and other) health issues in different parts of the world; and in applying advanced quantitative methods to study these issues. I conducted my PhD studies in Demography at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) before joining the Department of Social Statistics and Demography at the University of Southampton as a lecturer in 2015. I have worked as a researcher at INED since late 2020.
