Yue Qian
Yue Qian is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. Her primary research interests are in family demography, gender, and life course. Her current research is situated in the contexts of East Asia, China in particular, and the United States. Her ongoing research focuses on assortative mating as well as gendered consequences of the family and population processes.
