Hector Cebolla-Boado

Senior Researcher at the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). His work is situated at the intersection of quantitative sociology, demography, and social stratification, focusing primarily on ethnic inequalities in early life and the long-term impact of migration on core life outcomes. He has expertise in resolving apparent paradoxes in migrant health and examining the persistence of origin-country effects across educational and health domains, nationally and internationally. He has published widely on migrant selectivity, the socioeconomic determinants of health, and the life-course embodiment of inequality.
