Rachel Margolis

Rachel Margolis is an associate professor in the department of sociology at the University of Western Ontario. She received her PhD in sociology and demography from the University of Pennsylvania in 2011. Her research addresses how family dynamics shape population change. Current research projects include the changing demography of kinship structures in aging societies and parental benefits policies’ effects on families.
